About SuperPrint
SuperPrint is an advertising production company specialized in making prints on textile materials through specialized procedures, selling solutions and advertising display systems and offering consultancy for advertising display systems containing textile prints. SuperPrint.ro is an online trade service that offers users the opportunity to purchase and take possession of the products sold. Products are purchased based on orders received online on the website or by phone/email/order form.
Intellectual Property
The content and design of SuperPrint.ro, as well as any other material related to it sent to you by email or provided by you in any other way (example: articles, design, product description and any other materials), belong to the Company and/or to its collaborators – where this is expressly specified – (copyright) and are protected by intellectual property legislation. You may not use, reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce SuperPrint.ro materials without prior written permission from the Company.
You may not use frames (frames in the sense of the HTML language) or framing techniques (framing techniques in the sense of the HTML language) for brands, logos, or other information protected by copyright law (including images, texts, interfaces, forms) of SuperPrint. ro without having a prior written permission from the Company.
The limited, revocable and non-exclusive creation of hyperlinks to the index page of SuperPrint.ro is allowed, as long as this action does not present the SuperPrint.ro service in a false, misleading, derogatory or offensive light. You may not use the company logo or other graphic properties or brands as part of hyperlinks without prior written permission from the Company.
User registration (My Account)
The SuperPrint.ro website can be accessed for free, and simple navigation through its pages is not conditioned by user registration. However, in order to benefit from certain services offered by the Site, such as saving customer addresses, automatically completing data when placing an order, receiving the SuperPrint.ro newsletter or checking the status of some orders placed, you will need to register as a user (creating a user account on the Site in the “My Account” section or when placing an order). Registering as a user requires your prior acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of use of SuperPrint.ro and its Privacy Policy. These regulations constitute the contractual basis of the relations between the User and the Company.
Since the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy can be modified, please re-check them periodically. If you no longer agree with their provisions, please stop accessing/using the SuperPrint.ro services.

By registering as a user of SuperPrint.ro, we will ask you for a series of personal data, such as your name and surname, email address, date of birth and other personal information, which will allow you to be identified as a user of the service offered. Also, to subscribe to the SuperPrint.ro newsletter or alerts, you will need to provide us with a valid and functional e-mail address as well as other data related to you. Prices
With the exception of cases where it is provided otherwise, the prices of the products displayed on SuperPrint.ro represent the final purchase prices without VAT. The final purchase prices are displayed after choosing the product options (e.g. Configuration, Delivery time, etc.) and do not include VAT. At the end of the order and on the “Shopping basket” page, VAT will be calculated and displayed, as well as the total price with VAT included.
Payment methods
To pay for the ordered products, you can choose from the following payment methods:
Bank transfer/payment order. If you chose bank transfer/payment order as the payment method, the following screen thanks you for the order placed and provides you with the necessary information for payment by bank transfer. You will receive this information later by e-mail.
Bank card – you will be redirected to the card payment page (secured) through 3D Secure of the provider NETOPIA PAYMENTS to pay for the products safely. Afterwards, a successful payment confirmation page will be generated by the operator.
How do I buy and pay for products on the SuperPrint.ro website by bank transfer/payment order?
You can buy products through SuperPrint.ro following 3 steps:
1. Select and configure the product(s) you want, then press the “Add to cart” button.
2. Access the Shopping Basket page located in the upper right part of the page marked with the icon 🛒
3. Enter/confirm your personal or legal data (for SRL/ PFA, etc.) on the order completion page.
This information is necessary for the correct and efficient processing of the order placed by you. Please fill out the form correctly and indicate the persons and/or the company to whom the invoicing and delivery is made. The e-mail address is of utmost importance because the information related to the order and the ordered products will be sent automatically by e-mail. An incorrect email address slows down the entire ordering process. Moreover, the Company will not be able to contact you and inform you about the status of your order.
If you have chosen the payment method Bank transfer/payment order, you will receive an e-mail with the data regarding your order as well as the necessary details for payment by bank transfer, the next step is to make the payment as soon as possible to start processing your order In the process of making the payment by bank transfer/payment order, you must mention in the Payment details section of the payment order, the number of the order or of the invoice received by email, which also represents the confirmation of the placed order.
Warranty and after-sales service

The guarantee offered by SuperPrint for personalized textile prints is 2 years.
The guarantee offered by SuperPrint for display structures is 5 years, with the possibility of an extended guarantee through service packages and collaboration partnerships.
Delivery, Cancellation and Return of products
Product stock availability:
SuperPrint.ro makes constant efforts to maintain the correctness of the data and product stocks displayed in the Online Store. Regarding the availability for the purchase of the displayed products, there are 3 situations most often raised:
1. The desired product is available in stock, so the time for making and delivering an order can vary between 1 and 4-5 working days, as a standard processing time or as a delivery term chosen by the customer.
2. The product or product variation is not available, in this case the product cannot be purchased directly from stock. Please contact us for more details and possible solutions.
3. Some products can be purchased “to order”, with a processing time of up to 2-3 weeks or more (in certain cases). Examples of products: Exhibition stands, display systems with exhausted stock, insufficient quantities in stock, special orders, etc.
Delivery of products in Romania:
All products, accessories and textile prints ordered benefit from free delivery to the address mentioned in the order form in 1-2 working days for the Romanian towns with FAN Courier processing centers located in the coverage area. If the delivery address is not covered by the FAN Courier network, SuperPrint.ro will charge a delivery fee* equivalent to additional km reported by FAN Courier for the chosen destination.
*The fee for additional km will be communicated in writing before handing over the package for delivery.
The processing time consists of the time of production/realization of the order and the time of transport/transit of the products ordered through the fast courier service at the national level.
Order processing will begin immediately after full or partial payment for the ordered products.
An AWB number for tracking the shipment will be generated and sent via Email or SMS to monitor your delivery in real time.
You can choose to pick up the products from our office and through another courier company, in this case you can communicate this aspect to us and we will take it into account.
Personal pickup from the SuperPrint Bucharest headquarters:

The work schedule for personal pick-up is from Monday to Friday between 09.00-17.00.
EU/International delivery:
SuperPrint.ro delivers internationally the products displayed in the online store via DHL International, fast courier service with delivery in 3-4 working days. The option is available when completing an order, by choosing the desired EU country for delivery.
Cancellation or modification of an Order
Cancellation or modification of a placed order can be done:
– Within a maximum of 24 hours from the placement on the website, if it was not previously confirmed by the client by email or by phone with a SuperPrint Operator.
– Before going into production (personalization by print) of the materials ordered with the client’s graphics confirmed by BT (Bun de Tipar) or before the execution of the work for the previously ordered and confirmed display systems.
Amounts paid in advance by Payment Order or Bank Card will be returned to the Beneficiary’s account within a maximum of 20 working days.
An order can no longer be canceled if it was previously confirmed and the production of the ordered products is in progress or has been completed.
Returning products
SuperPrint.ro makes constant efforts so that the information and characteristics of the products present on the site are correct and permanently updated. If a product received from SuperPrint.ro is different from the description displayed on the website or has inconsistent, visible defects, you can return or exchange it in compliance with the provisions of the Return Policy in accordance with online trade legislation.
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance no. .130/2000.
Customized products:
It is not possible to return some purchased products or services, except in cases where the parties have agreed otherwise:
– extended warranty certificates;
– personalized prints made according to the confirmed production sketches and with the Client’s Letter of Intent (BT).
– permanently customized products at the customer’s request.
Reviews, comments, communications and other types of content
Users may post reviews, comments or other types of content; send suggestions, ideas, ask questions, propose articles or other types of materials, as long as their content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not violate the right to privacy or the law regarding the protection of intellectual property; does not contain computer viruses, commercial, political communications, which incite hatred or intolerance on ethnic, religious, racial, sexual orientation grounds, collective messages or other forms of spam. In order to post reviews, comments, communications and other types of content, you cannot use false e-mail addresses or identities.
SuperPrint.ro reserves the right, but does not have the obligation to remove or edit all types of content posted by users and does not have the obligation to review this content periodically. With the posting of reviews, comments, communications and other types of content on SuperPrint.ro, you transfer, except in cases where the Company indicates otherwise, the intellectual property rights, in a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable manner, over the posted materials. The company has the right to modify, reproduce, transmit, adapt, publish, distribute the materials posted by users, through any means of mass communication, from any country. By posting reviews, comments, communications and other types of content on SuperPrint.ro, you give the Company the right to use your name in relation to the posted materials; guarantee that you own or otherwise control the intellectual property right over the materials you post; that the posted materials do not violate any of the conditions for posting reviews, comments, communications and other forms of content from users, of SuperPrint.ro.
SuperPrint.ro has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit or delete any type of content or user activities on the Site. SuperPrint.ro is not responsible and does not assume responsibility for any of the materials posted by other third parties on the Site. SuperPrint.ro has the right not to publish all comments and articles proposed by users.
Major force
SuperPrint.ro, its affiliates and/and in general the suppliers of products or services to SuperPrint.ro cannot be held responsible for any delay or error resulting directly or indirectly from causes that do not depend on the will of SuperPrint.ro. This exemption includes, but is not limited to: errors in the operation of the technical equipment at SuperPrint.ro, the failure of the Internet connection, the failure of telephone connections, computer viruses, unauthorized access to the SuperPrint.ro systems, operating errors, such as and the cases of force majeure stipulated by the Romanian legislation in force.
Advertising
SuperPrint.ro can display, on its pages, advertisements for the products in its offer as well as for products or services belonging to third parties. By using SuperPrint.ro and by accepting its Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy, you directly express your consent to be the recipient of these commercial communications.
Complaints regarding the violation of the law regarding the protection of intellectual property
SuperPrint.ro respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you have noticed that the Site contains information that violates their right to intellectual property, please send us a notice to the email address office@superprint.ro or contact us at the phone number or mailing address shown at the About Us chapter of this contract.
Applicable legislation
The services offered by the Company through SuperPrint.ro are governed by the provisions of Romanian laws, especially Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, Ordinance 130/2000 on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts, HG 448/2005 and the EC European Directive /96/2002, which regulates the tax regime for the green stamp, applicable to electronic products.
The terms and conditions of SuperPrint.ro are subject to Romanian legislation. In case of litigation, an amicable solution will be tried first, within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint at the SuperPrint.ro headquarters. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached within the previously specified term, the disputes between the Parties will be submitted to the resolution of the competent courts within the radius of the city of Bucharest.
Presentation of the offer
SuperPrint.ro reserves the right to operate at any time, any changes to the prices and technical data present on the SuperPrint.ro website, without prior notice. The technical data present on the SuperPrint.ro website are informative and do not represent a contractual obligation. The presentation photos on the SuperPrint.ro website are informative and there may be differences between them and the product. SuperPrint.ro will make continuous efforts to maintain the correctness and clarity of the information and technical data displayed on the site.
